Wicomico County Public Schools Are Psychologically Manipulating Students Without Parental Consent

Since the physical return of students to Wicomico County Public Schools, several reports have come into the Delmarva Parent Teacher Coalition from parents who claim their child was individually removed from class and psychologically evaluated and manipulated by a counselor or mental health professional without their consent. It was a series of questions that caused a mental breakdown of students, with all of them having similar questions asked of them. As a result, some students have attempted/contemplated suicide, and many are polarized to the point that they have become sheltered and no longer converse with family members. Some of these students were questioned to discover personal information about their personal beliefs, sexuality, and information on their parents.

Students were taken out of class and asked questions like: "Susie, do you think you might like another girl," or "Bobby, do you think you might like another boy? If you feel this way, don't tell your parents, you can come and talk to us." Other questions included living arrangements of parents among other family beliefs. For some parents, they were unable to get their child to speak as to what was asked of them, as they were in a disconnected, hypnotic state.

Since the pandemic, many school systems now have a Wellness Center where they implement a program to carry out mental health services. Ironically, they claim that parental consent is required for participation. We do know that students have been evaluated in Wicomico County Public Schools and in Worcester County Public schools without parental consent and as young as those in primary school. We are not surprised, as we do know that Wicomico schools have vaccinated students without parental consent (as planned by the state), while stating that they required parental consent for vaccination. Their ploy to deceive while hiding behind a disclaimer is alive and well.

How can the school system do this?

They do this under the guise of what they call Social Emotional Wellness/Well-Being and use what is called Implied Consent to make decisions on the mental health of a child without the parent's consent. The Maryland State Board of Education along with the State Superintendent of Schools promoted Social Emotional Wellness to be implemented in the counties:

How can this be legal?

It's not. Liberal government officials constantly look for ways to make exceptions or to exploit loopholes so that they can overreach and grow in power over the people. Like the school mask mandate, they labeled it as an emergency in order to bypass the law. Anything can be labeled an emergency if packaged with a bow, and that's a scary thought. The number one thing to remember is that state law cannot override federal law, and it has to also pass the U.S. and Maryland Constitution check. A law can never contradict another law, or else it cannot be law. We have some conflicts of law as it applies to what they are doing in the schools. Here's just one example, and there are more.

We have a law called the the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA). The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) applies to the programs and activities of a state education agency (SEA), local education agency (LEA), or other recipient of funds under any program funded by the U.S. Department of Education. It governs the administration to students of a survey, analysis, or evaluation that concerns one or more of the following eight protected areas:

  1. political affiliations or beliefs of the student or the student’s parent;

  2. mental or psychological problems of the student or the student’s family;

  3. sex behavior or attitudes;

  4. illegal, anti-social, self-incriminating, or demeaning behavior;

  5. critical appraisals of other individuals with whom respondents have close family relationships;

  6. legally recognized privileged or analogous relationships, such as those of lawyers, physicians, and ministers;

  7. religious practices, affiliations, or beliefs of the student or student’s parent; or

  8. income (other than that required by law to determine eligibility for participation in a program or for receiving financial assistance under such program).

PPRA also concerns marketing surveys and other areas of student privacy, parental access to information, and the administration of certain physical examinations to minors. The rights under PPRA transfer from the parents to a student who is 18 years old or an emancipated minor under state law.

The damage is done.

Our elected officials have failed our children and have caused these mental health issues. How have they caused this?

  1. Kept schools closed for months - FAILURE

  2. Implemented distance learning - FAILURE

  3. Went to semesters with block scheduling with 90 minute classes - FAILURE

  4. Use computers as a primary tool in the classroom - FAILURE

  5. Implemented and forced students to mask under an illegal mask mandate - FAILURE

  6. Equal enforcement of student discipline - FAILURE

  7. Discovery of personal beliefs of students and their families - FAILURE

  8. Implemented divisive ideologies through Social Emotional Learning - FAILURE

  9. Implemented Social Emotional Wellness/Well-Being - FAILURE

All throughout the school's curriculum, including an intentional lack of school transparency, it is obvious that there is a systematic approach in dividing society, removing the parent, and replacing them with the nanny state, while telling the child that they have authority over their parents. They are also working to undermine religious and family values to replace with humanism. They are forcing immorality onto our students. We have several exhibits to show the school's system's political attempt to discover personal information on students and their family members so they know how to manipulate them for a political advantage.

We hear about mental health being an issue as a result of the pandemic. There is clearly a mental health issue, and there's no denying it. However, the very people that created these mental health issues are the very ones taking it upon themselves to identify, diagnose, and treat what they see as mental health according to their own secret guidelines (which disturbingly they won't disclose). The school system creates these mental problems and then appoint themselves the "fixers" as China created the virus and now sells us the test kits.

As a school, their actions to address mental health is beyond their scope. They continue to use the pandemic in several areas of education in order to receive millions of dollars in supplemental funding. This is exploitation. We have reports from Wicomico, Worcester, Dorchester, and Somerset of psychological evaluation of students without parental consent. Parents from other counties are encouraged to contact the Delmarva Parent Teacher Coalition to share your story. All information is strictly confidential.
