MSEA Threatens the Somerset Board of Education Over Textbook & Media Selection Policy 500-19 & Union Gets Roasted

The Maryland State Education Association (state teachers' union) sent the Somerset County Board of Education (SCBOE) a letter threatening to sue the board if they do not change their Selection of Textbook & Media Policy 500-19. Loaded with baseless assertions and accusations, the MSEA attempts to drive a false narrative to make Policy 500-19 say what it doesn't say.

If anyone reads Somerset's Selection of Textbook & Media proposed Policy 500-19, they would know that none of the union's assertions and accusations are true. In fact, just the opposite. It's amazing what the union's political agenda will do to create problems that do not exist in order to deceive and motivate those that don't bother to read, comprehend, or verify.
