Here is the game the Democrat leadership in Maryland with their activists are playing so everyone is clear:

Under the Supreme Court’s Precedent in Board of Education, Island Trees Union Free School District No. 26 v. Pico, case (1982) the U.S. Supreme Court, for the first time, addressed the removal of books from libraries in public schools. SCOTUS HELD: that the local school board MAY REMOVE BOOKS THAT ARE PERVASIVELY VULGAR and UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

Under the same case the SCOTUS held that books that depict religious or political views CANNOT BE REMOVED.

The Book featured at this news channel is called: “All Boys Aren't Blue”, by George M. Johnson.

Here is the excerpt: “He reached his hand down and pulled out my dick. He quickly went to giving me head. I just sat back and enjoyed it as I could tell he was, too. He was also definitely experienced in what he was doing, because he went to work quite confidently. He then came up and asked me if I wanted to try on him. I said sure. I began and he said, "Watch your teeth." I didn't want to let him know I was inexperienced. So, I slowed down and took my time and luckily got into a good rhythm. He didn't know I was a virgin, and I did my best to act dominant like my favorite porn star. I was an actor, and this was my movie. There was so much excitement running through my body. This was much more than losing my virgin-ity. For once, I was consenting to the sexual satisfaction of my body. This moment also confirmed that sex could look how I wanted it to look. And that it could be passionate and kind, but most importantly, fun and satisfying. His body felt great in my mouth.”(pg.266)

Somerset County Chairman Lankford spoke to WBOC, a Delmarva News Station:

For the record: Policy passed by the Somerset County School Board is in full compliance with the SCOTUS and Maryland’s “Right to Read Act”.

Inappropriate books and pervasively vulgar books do not fall in a category of political, or religious books. Mahmoud v Tayler, pending Supreme Court’s Case arising from Maryland parents from different religious backgrounds who objected to these types of “education” and filed a lawsuit asking to OPT OUT their children from vulgarity in public schools and claiming that these types of sexually explicit books are not suitable for Kindergarten-12 grade kids. Maryland Parents do have legitimate concerns when a child comes home with the materials which violates religious or moral norms for parents across the religious spectrum. Oral Arguments are going to be heard on April 22, 2025!

Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown just filed the Amicus Brief arguing that “children should learn uncomfortable topics and life of the LGBTQ community.” Balancing act should be achieved. Noteworthy is the fact that these books are available FOR FREE in public libraries and the individual readers who desire salacious stories can still read them.

The topic here is limited to Public School Libraries only.
